We can provide a safe place for survivors to stay when they are fleeing a violent situation.
Our advocates can offer transportation to things such as court proceedings, appointments, or to appointments with other community agencies.
Our advocates can provide support and information to survivors, and accompany those who are receiving treatment or examinations at hospitals or other local medical facilities including the Family Advocacy Network.
We offer an adult support group for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. We also offer a children’s group that provides fun learning activities for children of survivors.
Our advocates can assist survivors with protection orders, offer emotional support and education throughout court hearings, and provide referrals to local attorneys. Advocates are not able to offer legal advice.
Our staff provides presentations to schools, civic groups, churches, and other local agencies on a wide range of topics related to domestic violence and sexual assault. Topics can include information on services, awareness, and prevention of violence. Presentations are tailored to your interests.
